Round filter cage 

Round design filter cages are most commonly used in Pulse Jet bag filter.   The cage works as a support or skeleton for the bag so the filter bag does not stay shrunk during the cleaning operations. AHS is  specialized in making these filter cages with precision. As these filter cages are being used in a wide range of industries the parameters and design are need to be followed carefully.  AHS is well equipped in designing, manufacturing and testing the quality of these filter cages on various necessary parameters.

The round-shaped cages for filter bags can be made with a different number of longitudinal wires 6-8-10-12-16-18-20-24 according to the specific needs of the customer.

ROUND CAGE WITH VENTURI
The venturi are cone-shaped devices located at the top of a tubular filter bag and used within pulse-jet dust collectors. The top of the venturi creates a negative pressure that pushes additional air down into the filter elements during pulsation.
They are used in the cement industry and food industry where dust deposits are removed from the filter via a powerful airflow.
AHS offers its customers a complete line of specially-designed venturi, available in a range of construction materials including aluminium, stainless steel, pre-galvanised and PVC. Our cages can be supplied with an integrated diffuser, permanently fitted. Factory installation ensures the proper fitting, being fundamental for the optimum performance of baghouse dust collectors.

Features:
Cages start from a length of 5 metres up to 12 metres
and consist of several longitudinal wires: 6, 8, 10, 12, 14, 16, 20, 24
The distance between the rings can be 50, 100, 150, 200 or 250.
