Gas temperature: 150～300℃ under normal working conditions,It can reach 400-600℃ in abnormal working conditions such as material collapse and material settling.
Smoke composition: CO accounts for 20-30%; H2 accounts for 1-5%;Calorific value 3000～3800KJ/Nm3
Inlet dust concentration: The waste gas can reach 30g/Nm3, carrying hot iron and slag dust particles; the outlet of the gravity dust collector is not more than 15g/Nm3, and the particle size is less than 50μm.
Top gas pressure: usually 0.05 ~ 0.25MPa,The larger the blast furnace, the higher the pressure, up to 0.28MPa
Filter material selection: P84 and ultra-fine glass fiber composite needle-punched felt, glass fiber-aramid fiber composite.
